If you are looking for assistance with anything having to do with the FLEX back office (account settings, commissions, sponsorships, payments, refunds, etc.) then you need to use the Support menu item in your back office, and click the blue Get Support button.
Alternatively, if you need assistance with anything inside of the Rubi.AI app itself, you are in the right place! Use the form to submit tickets for bug reports, broken links, module errors, chat problems, etc. and they will be handled here.
